Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at Belleviestore56@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 more days to return the product.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email)

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Health or hygiene-related products if the seal has been broken (e.g. skincare, lingerie, etc.)


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid lost returns


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if needed


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  2. Contact your payment provider
