Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason .

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation)

4. Return Shipping

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
